Do supplier grading by checking Suppliers product lines, yearly transactions, certifications, and main export markets. 4. Finalize supplier on the basis of quality production, experience in manufacturing, flexibility, and cost leadership. 5. Run data analysis to figure out sales conversion rates associated with product and its marketing to advise client that what number of units we should buy. 6. Manage Inventory levels and forecast the time on which inventory should be re-ordered. 7. Order Supplier to deliver samples to the Client\'s address. 8. Develop Supplier retention programs to sustain the business\'s value generation opportunities.
